Mr. Pierce was a judicial law clerk to Honorable James M. Moody, United States District Court, Eastern District, Eastern Division of Arkansas.  He has also also worked for the Attorney General for the State of Mississippi and the law firms of Daniel, Coker, Horton & Bell, P.A.; Allen, Vaughn, Cobb & Hood, P.A. and McGlinchey-Stafford, P.L.L.C.

Mr. Pierce is a member of the Mississippi Bar’s Character and Fitness Review Committee, a distinguished group of lawyers from around the state that screen lawyer candidates prior to their admittance to practice law in the State of Mississippi. For four years, Mr. Pierce was a member of the Mississippi Bar’s Ethics Committee, a select group of lawyers which answered questions submitted by other lawyers from around the state who sought assistance interpreting the lawyer’s rules of professional conduct. At the Pierce Law Firm, we take our ethical and professional responsibilities seriously and we know how to comply with our obligations to you, our opposing party and to the court.

Mr. Pierce has more than ten years of legal experience. He has experience at the trial and appellate levels. This experience gives him a unique perspective on cases that should be settled quickly, and cases that should go the distance. Mr. Pierce has also helped a number of clients with their injury claims, domestic issues, employment issues, civil rights, criminal matters, business and general litigation issues.

After only five years of practice, Mr. Pierce’s intense drive to obtain success for clients while doing things the right way was recognized by his peers who rated his legal abilities as very high and his ethical standards at the highest level. In his earlier career, Mr. Pierce practiced with firms throughout the state, whose lawyers have been regarded as some of the best in the country.
