Jeffrey G. Pierce
Jeffrey G. Pierce is the managing member of the firm. He devotes his practice to bankruptcy, foreclosure, serious personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as general litigation matters. Mr. Pierce was a judicial law clerk to Honorable James M. Moody, United States District Court, Eastern District, Eastern Division of Arkansas. He has also also worked for the Attorney General for the State of Mississippi and the law firms of Daniel, Coker, Horton & Bell, P.A.; Allen, Vaughn, Cobb & Hood, P.A. and McGlinchey-Stafford, P.L.L.C.
Mr. Pierce has an extensive knowledge of the law. He has been a both a college and law school professor and has taught a number of law related courses in the academic setting over the years. He is also a frequent lecturer at seminars throughout the State of Mississippi and has published numerous articles at the local, state and national levels.
Mr. Pierce is a member of the Mississippi Bar’s Character and Fitness Review Committee, a distinguished group of lawyers from around the state that screen lawyer candidates prior to their admittance to practice law in the State of Mississippi. For four years, Mr. Pierce was a member of the Mississippi Bar’s Ethics Committee, a select group of lawyers which answered questions submitted by other lawyers from around the state who sought assistance interpreting the lawyer’s rules of professional conduct.
Mr. Pierce practiced with firms throughout the State of Mississippi, whose lawyers have been regarded as some of the best in the country. Mr. Pierce has learned from the best and has been selected to membership in a number of “Who’s Who” publications.
Donald F. Pierce 
Donald F. Pierce serves as Of Counsel with the Law Offices of Jeffrey G. Pierce, PLLC. He devotes his practices to general litigation matters in the areas of insurance issues, employment law, and product liability. He has extensive litigation experience in class actions and multiparty matters at a national level. He has tried cases as lead counsel in the states of Florida, Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas, Alabama and Pennsylvania and has participated as lead counsel in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Virginia, Tennessee, Wyoming, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey and California. Mr. Pierce has written extensively on the topics of litigation and has been published at the local, state and national levels.
Mr. Pierce is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Farrah Order of Jurisprudence, Order of the Coif, Phi Alpha Delta and Omicron Delta Kappa. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in the World, and Who’s Who in America.
